Phoenix, AZ. (July 15, 2022)- The USYS National Presidents Cup concluded on Sunday July 10 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Two ASA teams ( Tuzos Garfio 06 & RSL Yuma 03 Boys Quintana)  earned their spot in the competition after performing at a high level in Arizona Presidents Cup and USYS Presidents Cup Regionals.

RSL-AZ Yuma 03 Boys Quintana were crowned champions in the 19U bracket. They finished second in group play with 4pts which was enough to get them through to the championship match. In the final they faced Synergy Premier (IL) a team they had faced and lost last time out. With no signs of fear the Yuma boys bounced back and won the championship match with an impressive 4-0 win.

Tuzos Garfio 06 fought hard until the very last group stage match but were unable to reach the National Presidents championship match. They finished in 3^rd place.

The talent on both these teams did not go unnoticed as 5 players were recognized with individual awards.
