Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 -- Arizona's Ashley Hatch has been named to the upcoming U.S. Women's National Team Identification Camp that will take place from December 9-14 in Bradenton, Florida. She is the third former Arizona Soccer Association player to be named to the USWNT this year after both Julie Ertz and Jessica McDonald, who were members of the 2019 World Cup team.
The roster, named by new USWNT head Coach Vlatko Andonovski, will not feature any players who were on the 2019 World Cup team. This event will allow Andonovski to evaluate younger players to provide depth for the player pool.
Hatch has already made two appearances for the USWNT. The first against Switzerland in 2016 and the second against Mexico in 2018.
Hatch graduated from Highland High School and attend BYU. In 2017, she was selected North Carolina Courage and was then named Rookie of the Year. In three professional seasons, Hatch has scored 18 goals and appeared in 70 matches.
