PHOENIX (September 4th, 2020) -- Arizona Soccer Association (ASA), the largest youth sports organization in Arizona, announces an enhanced partnership with MaxInMotion® that will provide scholarships for underserved youth and financial assistance for youth players throughout Arizona to participate in ASA competitive programs and the ASA Olympic Development Program (ODP)

“MaxInMotion® has had a long-term commitment to providing financial support and services to underserved youth participating in competitive sports programs throughout Arizona,” said Rick Kelsey, ASA CEO. “ASA and our members are fortunate to have such a tremendous partner in MaxInMotion®. To be able to expand the relationship to include ODP and a college preparation program just increases the impact MaxInMotion® and ASA are able to have on the soccer community throughout Arizona.”

The application process and requirements for the MaxInMotion® scholarship and college preparation program will be announced by September 11, 2020.

“MaxInMotion® is excited to continue having a positive impact on the lives of youth soccer players both on and off the field,” said Jonah Shacknai, President and Founder, MaxInMotion®. “To provide scholarship opportunities that enable boys and girls to participate in competitive sports is core to our mission. Also important to us is academic achievement. Being able to work with ASA to provide college preparation programs furthers our commitment to student-athletes and opens higher educational opportunities for financially challenged youth.”

Effective immediately, the ASA Open League, which has more than 550 teams participating teams will be renamed the MaxInMotion® Open League. Select matches will be featured in ASA's Game of the Week. MaxInMotion® will also feature on the sleeve of all ODP uniforms during the 2020 ODP West Region Championships.
