Thursday, June 21, 2018 -- More than half of the Arizona teams competing at the 2018 Far West Regional Championships in Hawaii have advanced out of group play and are just three wins away from representing Arizona at the 2018 US Youth Soccer National Championships in July.
A total of 13 teams advanced and all quarterfinals matches will be played on Friday.

13U Boys
Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer 05 (Blackhawks) went 2-1-0 (6 pts.) in group play and won the group scoring eight goals and conceding five. They'll face Pac NW Maroon (WA) who finished second in their group with a 2-0-1 record.
13U Girls
Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer 05 won all three matches in group play. They scored 11 goals, including six in one match. They'll face Group A's second place Rush (HI).
14U Boys
Both Tuzos 04 and SC del Sol 04 have advanced with 2-1-0 (6 pts.) finishes in group play. SC del Sol faces Group A winner LAGSB 04 Elite (CA-S) and Tuzos face Group B winners LV Revolution Gunners (NV).
15U Boys
Tuzos 04 went undefeated in group play (2-0-1; 7 pts.). They scored eight goals and conceded just one. They'll face Group C's Sparta Premier (UT).
15U Girls
Arizona Arsenal 03 won two matches and suffered one loss in group play. They scored eight goals and conceded just one, which earned them their lone loss. They'll face Group D winners Impact (UT).
16U Boys
Tuzos 02 squeaked through group play winning one match and earning a draw in the other two matches. They'll face Group B winner Santa Clara Sporting (CA-N)
17U Girls
Arizona Arsenal 01 stormed through group play winning all three matches and scoring an age group high of 13 goals. They'll face Group C runner-up Broomfield Blast (CO).
18U Boys
Another age group that features two advancing teams. They are Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer 00 and RSL Arizona (Legacy 01/00). Phoenix Rising went undefeated in group play (2-0-1; 7 pts.) and they'll face Group B winner CDA Slammers (CA-S). RSL Arizona went 1-1-1 in group play and they face Group C winner Greater Seattle Surf (WA).
19U Boys
Two Arizona teams advanced at this age group and they'll unfortunately have to face each other in the quarterfinals. On one side you have RSL Arizona (Sereno 99) who went undefeated in group play (2-0-1; 7 pts.) and on the other side you have CCV Stars 99 who went 1-1-1.
19U Girls
Classic Ahwatukee 99 went 2-1-0 in group play. They only conceded one goal and they'll face Hawaii Heat FC (HI).
