We are pleased to report that GotSport is operational again.  Staff will be going through and inputting scores emailed to us over the last two weekends.  Please check your schedule for the upcoming weekend and alert us of any issues as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience during this time.

Here is this weekend’s schedule for all games that we know about.  Please review the schedule CAREFULLY.  Please check field numbers carefully as some have changed.  Please remind your older teams that their season has restarted after the high school break. If you find any issues, please email the appropriate contact so we provide solutions quickly – Note, games are sorted by day, then kickoff time.

Player passes will be required and checked prior to the game.  Remember, you are limited to up to 5 club pass players per game.  These will be identified by non-matching team names on the player passes.  Referees will be checking to verify players and teams prior to kickoff.  We currently do not have the ability to print game cards.  Once your game is complete, please email us the final score. Message from GotSport
 

We would like to assure you that throughout this downtime, your data has always remained fully secure, and no unauthorized access has occurred at any point. This was not a cyber security issue or a virus; rather, our upstream server hosts suffered an unexpected server error.

The good news is that all data is still there and completely safe and secure. But it’s been a time-consuming process putting it all back in the right place. Imagine all the pages from an encyclopedia being scattered on the floor – putting them all back in the right order is what we are doing now.

GotSport has assembled the country’s best forensic data recovery experts to help us achieve this in the fastest possible time. They have been working around the clock since last Thursday, and we anticipate we will have everything retrieved by the end of the week. We are also investing considerably to improve both our infrastructure and protocols to ensure this kind of system outage can never happen in future.

We will thoroughly test and prepare the system before making it public and are currently anticipating being fully operable for our users by next week. In the meantime, our staff is working extra hours to make sure our clients get the support they need during this disruption.

Our team would like to thank you for your understanding, patience, and outpouring of support you have shown during this challenging time. We look forward to continuing working together and helping you improve and grow this beautiful sport we love.

Gotsport continues to be offline due to third party server issues. We wanted to send an updated for what the week will look like if gotsport does or does not get back online.

Gotsport is hoping to be back online by lunchtime Thursday, if this is the case between now and then we will immediately communicate with membership that we are back online and status quo for a typical league weekend.

If by Thurs lunchtime gotsport is not back online, we will organize the week similar to this prior weekend and clearly communicate process and expectations.

Please continue to send game scores in if you have not done so. Note, we are unable to enter these scores until gotsport is back online.

Academy Teams –

Player passes will need to be presented prior to kickoff.  There are no club pass player limits in Academy games.  No game cards are needed.

Again, we ask for everyone’s patience and flexibility as this issue is affecting the entire US Youth Soccer landscape.  If we are notified that the system is back up, we will alert everyone immediately.
