After breezing through England, Slovakia, Kazakhstan in group play, Team USA defeated Latvia, 2-0, in the Round of 16 on Friday morning. They next take on Germany at 11:00 a.m. You can watch the match here.

 

The majority of the players on the team are from Arizona including some players that played youth soccer locally. They are: Andrew Weber, Tony Cascio, Dom Papa, David Paul, Jon Guse, Ben Haugland, Danny Arrubla.
