The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

With the addition of social media and the shared trauma of COVID 19, there are many factors that could be negatively impacting your child on top of the usual growing pains they may experience. More than 20% of kids and teens suffer from a mental disorder, which is why it is important for parents to be able to identify causes and warning signs of mental illness. Keep an eye out for shifts in behavior such as: crying more than usual, isolation, talking less and changes in sleep patterns, grades, and enjoyment of activities they once loved.
