When the GotSport Team account is being created or when the existing GotSport Team account is being updated, it is critical to adjust the Team ID# first before adding the coach or team officials. Adding the Coach and Team Officials on the team account first and then later adjusting the Team ID field will result in the Coach and Team Officials field being wiped out.
Please do not set up separate Coach accounts for each team or scheduling for Coach Conflicts will not appear.

- When selecting the “Event Age” during the application process, please keep in mind that your team’s current age is based on the 2025-2026 Soccer Seasonal Year. The team itself will automatically age up on August 1. This is handled automatically on the GotSport side, so you will not need to manually change your team’s age group.
- For the 2026-2027 Advanced Leagues application, most teams should apply for the next age group up for the upcoming seasonal year.
- Example: A team currently listed as U15 for the 2025-2026 seasonal year would typically select U16 as the Event Age for the 2026-2027 Advanced Leagues application.
