Phoenix, AZ – January 22, 2025 – The Arizona Soccer Association (ASA) is proud to announce the official launch of the Arizona Women’s Network, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at engaging, celebrating, and providing professional opportunities for women involved in Arizona’s youth soccer community.

The Arizona Women’s Network will serve as a platform for women of all ages and career stages who are passionate about soccer. The goal is to connect women across the state, offer mentorship opportunities, and create avenues for growth in the sport. Whether as players, coaches, administrators, or referees, the Arizona Women’s Network is designed to empower women and foster a sense of community and leadership within the state’s vibrant soccer scene.

“We are incredibly excited to launch the Arizona Women’s Network,” said Chris Webb, Chief Soccer Officer of the Arizona Soccer Association. “This initiative represents our commitment to supporting women in the soccer world and providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. It’s all about building a strong, inclusive, and professional network for women across the state to thrive in the sport they love.”

The network will host a variety of events, including professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and recognition programs to highlight the achievements of women in Arizona youth soccer. Members will also have access to resources aimed at advancing their careers and leadership roles within the soccer community.

Key Features of the Arizona Women’s Network:

  • Networking events and gatherings to build community among women in soccer
  • Workshops and professional development opportunities
  • Mentorship programs connecting experienced leaders with emerging talent
  • Celebratory events to honor the contributions and achievements of women in the sport
  • Resources for career advancement within the soccer community

By launching this initiative, the Arizona Soccer Association hopes to inspire more women to pursue leadership roles in the sport, while also cultivating a more inclusive and supportive environment for those already involved.

The Arizona Women’s Network is now open for membership, and all women who are involved or interested in Arizona’s youth soccer scene are encouraged to join.
